Defining Public vs. Private territory.

🌐 The Public Network

All rules apply on any part of the public network. Public is considered any part of the rail that makes it possible to reach the Central Station located at spawn.

🔒 Private Networks

You can create a private network, which is achievable with one of 2 requirements:

1. No possible connection to the central station.
2. Visible difference in rails
3. Doesn’t connect more than 2 teams.

Key Notes:

• Trains purely on private networks do not have to follow regulations.
• If a train runs on both public and private rails, it must follow public guidelines.
• Stations with both private and public platforms must follow the guide on their public area.
