🔝 Priority Hierarchy

Trains are split into 5 types of priorities (from highest to lowest):

1. Express
2. Passenger
3. Freight
4. Player-controlled
5. Depot

💨 Speed Regulations

• Normal Lines: Speeds follow priority order: 100%, 90%, 80%.
• Player Limit: Player trains have an automatic limit of 75% compared to automatic trains.
• Medium Speed Areas: All speeds must be reduced by 15% (3 bars when scrolling).
• Yards: Recommendation of 50% max speed.
